Get inspired! Come to a Restorative Yoga Workshop, to take us deeper into the philosophy of Yoga while relaxing & restoring the body’s energy levels,
Come to Yoga on a Sunday afternoon for this 2-hour workshop, of really nourishing, nurturing, restorative mat work, using bolsters, blocks and cushions to help support and let go
We will be resting, while doing Yoga, going deep and taping into the body’s natural healing property. We will be warm, and we will definitely feel cosy & supported.
We will learn a little about the Yoga Niyamas (Observances-Habits for healthy living) while in our Yoga Poses
Come & restore energy levels & bring your mindset into a positive place
Towards the end of the workshop, we will be having a lovely long relaxation with some guided visualisation, bringing deep healing through our body, mind and spirit.
There will be treats after our workshop (gluten-free- sugar-free).
