Tamsin Yoga, founded by Tamsin in 2012.
She has been practising Yoga for 30 years and started teaching in 2004. Tamsin originally comes from a background of art & design, studying a degree in Metal & Ceramics (3d design and crafts) at Brighton University. The work she was doing at college involved lots of heavy lifting & bashing of metal. After a while, this started to take its toll on her body. taking a degree, particularly towards the end was stressful. An hour in a Yoga class helped to knit her body back together and the added benefit of stress relief was just Fantastic. She really fell in love with Yoga around this time. Her desire to become a Yoga teacher was born from That.
After graduating from her art course in 2003, Tamsin combined her passion for yoga with her love of exploration. She travelled extensively in India for almost a year. She enjoyed seeking out a yoga class and exploring different disciplines whenever she arrived in a new place.
