Tamsin Yoga, founded by Tamsin in 2012.
Tamsin has been practising Yoga for 30 years and started teaching in 2004. Originally coming from a background of art & design. She studied a degree in Metal & Ceramics (3d design and crafts) at Brighton University but the work she was doing at college involved lots of heavy lifting & beating of metal. She loved this work, however, After a while, it really started to take its toll on her body. Studying for a degree, particularly towards the end was also above all, stressful. So an hour in a Yoga class not only helped to knit her body back together but in addition, yoga really helped to unwind and de-stress. Therefore the added benefit of stress relief was just Fantastic. It was around this time she really began to fall in love with Yoga and as a result, her desire to become a Yoga teacher was born.
After graduating from her art course in 2003, Tamsin combined her passion for yoga with her love of exploration. She travelled extensively in India for almost a year. She enjoyed seeking out a yoga class and exploring different disciplines whenever she arrived in a new place.
