Yoga evolved several thousand years ago in India. Indian sages believed that by training the physical body, they could also train the mind, improving concentration and finding their inner self, inspired by nature and the world around them. Classes are suitable for men and women, and it doesn’t matter what age you are.

Yoga is different from other forms of exercise as it doesn’t involve violent muscle movement which can cause fatigue, muscle stiffness, and injury. Instead, yoga counteracts these effects through breathing, gentle stretching, and relaxation.

Tamsin has been teaching ‘Yoga in York’ for the last five years & shares a variety of classes from general Hatha Yoga for people of all ages to Pregnancy Yoga and Mother & Baby/Postnatal  Yoga classes

She Runs Tamsin Yoga from 3 deferent venues in York Centre.

For General Hatha Yoga classes, Tamsin has a gentle Yoga class, Monday lunchtimes. 12.00-1.15pm
& a more dynamic Yoga class on a Wednesday Evening 7.00-8.15pm. go here for venues and pricing

Mummy & Baby Yoga runs Monday afternoons 1.30-2.30pm
