For this 4-hour workshop in York, Tamsin Yoga and Shelagh Taggart of gentle-chiropractic.co.uk have come together to bring you a nourishing combination of gentle restorative & vibrant, flowing Yoga asana, complimented by energising breathing practice & restful meditation. All with a summer theme to ease us into the warmth & vitality of the sunny season 🙂
We will begin with a dreamy visualisation & gentle, grounding restorative set to prepare our bodies & minds for an exploration of movement through variations of the Sun Salutation sequence. We will have a short break for tea & delicious homemade treats before moving on to some heartwarming breathing practices & candle gazing meditation. We will finish with a long, restful Yoga Nidra relaxation that will leave you walking on air!
There will also be a couple of surprises that will not fail to delight!
